Kristen’s approach to nutrition is grounded in the belief that food should be your greatest tool, not your biggest stressor. With a Bachelor of Social Science (Food and Nutrition), Nutritionist Certification and a Graduate Diploma in Health Counselling, she balances the science of metabolic health with a deep understanding of the habits and behaviours that drive long-term success.

Kristen is a lifelong learner who is constantly expanding her expertise with a keen focus on women navigating the complexities of peri-menopause and busy professionals who need health to be "easy." A keen weightlifter and outdoor enthusiast herself, Kristen doesn't just provide a meal plan; she provides a sustainable roadmap to help you feel vibrant, fuelled, and back in control of your body.

The Architect of Physical Foundation

Tim is a qualified ASCA (Australian Strength & Conditioning Association) coach who believes that strength is the foundation for every other pursuit in life. His coaching philosophy was forged through a diverse athletic career—ranging from the grit of endurance running and martial arts to the high-stakes precision of motor racing.

Having learned through both formal qualification and years of "in the trenches" trial and error, Tim has a disdain for fluff and a passion for what works. He specializes in creating high-performance, data-backed programming that fits into a demanding schedule. For Tim, it’s not just about the weights on the bar; it’s about building the physical confidence and discipline that carries over into the boardroom and beyond.
